MumTas is a Peterborough-based vegan street food brand serving fresh Indian Ugandan fusion food inspired by family heritage and lived experience.

With a powerful origin story and logo, but no cohesive visual identity in place, the aim was to create a brand that feels bold, warm and unapologetically flavour-led. The identity needed to reflect MumTas’ cultural roots while breaking away from tired vegan food stereotypes, positioning the brand as inclusive, exciting and proudly different.
